Brand overview / interface direction / ecosystem framing

ORA is an AI / blockchain infrastructure project spanning multiple initiatives, products, and technical layers.

My role focused on bringing clarity to that complexity - not by reducing its ambition, but by giving it a stronger narrative, sharper structure, and more coherent visual direction.

The work extended across interface thinking, ecosystem communication, and broader creative output, shaping how ORA could be seen, understood, and experienced.

Understand the system

I started by understanding the logic behind each initiative
not just the interface layer, but the protocol thinking underneath.

Translate complexity

I turned abstract research and technical concepts into clearer product and communication structures.

Build hierarchy across products

I created a more coherent information architecture
across DSC, IMO Launchpad, and AI Settlement.

Shape trust through design

I explored visual directions that felt precise, calm,
and system-led rather than overly promotional.

Align teams through design

Leading design acted as a bridge across
research, engineering, and go-to-market perspectives.

Offline Presence

Beyond
screens

Beyond the screen, I led the design team in extending ORA's visual direction into offline and ecosystem-facing contexts. The work focused on how ORA could show up in real-world settings with the same clarity, atmosphere, and cohesion, carrying the project's tone beyond interface design into broader community-facing moments.
